Clash of the Titans

Betsey showed Fayth this video afterward, and she apparently laughed quite a bit. Between that and looking at the camera, I'd say she pretty well knows what she's doing here.

Picture Update

This is the best picture yet of Betsey and Fayth together, mostly because Betsey is usually behind the camera.
Faythie uses the exer-saucer she got from Katelyn and Makenzie quite a bit.
We wished Uncle Matt a happy birthday in February - but Fayth didn't quite understand the direction I tried to give her in these shots. There's no paper she won't crumple.

And finally:
OOGA BOOGA!

Faythie Loves a Parade

Here's a video of Faythie watching Winnie the Pooh, courtesy of her uncle Michael. While she enjoys all of Pooh's foolish decisions (she occasionally shouts advice to him) and the harmless consequences that result, she particularly enjoys anytime all the characters line up and parade. You can't hear the audio from the movie very well, but you'll be able to tell when the parade starts. She doesn't get to watch much of anything now that football season is over, but this'll have to do.

More Movies

Faythie is cutting more teeth, which means that she is drooling all over everything. The video below is proof why you shouldn't spend the first eight months of your child's life trying to teach her how to give the raspberry.

More Pictures

For anyone who had doubted that Faythie actually smiles, this pictures are for you. Conclusion? Oh, she smiles, just not at you.

And finally, if you were wondering whether a baby would lick a dog before a dog would lick a baby, we were going to find out at Christmas until Mom put a stop to it. Boooo, Grandma Jean!

"Poo-ah"

Faythie likes it when you say words with hard syllables that cause you to blow on her face. To wit:

Fayth and I are developing a buddy cop dramedy for television, where she'll star as a hard living private eye and I'll play her sidekick/bodyguard, a down-on-his-luck former boxer nicknamed Gaseous Clay. It'll probably be fast-tracked for the CW.
